Trent was born in Clearwater and raised in Palm Harbor, Florida. From a young age, he showed entrepreneurial spirit—starting a dog cleanup service at age 8 with a neighborhood friend. As a teen, he helped his parents renovate rental properties, learning hard work and useful trades along the way. He was also active in his church’s youth group and involved in sports like football, baseball, and taekwondo.
After high school, Trent moved to Orlando to pursue higher education. While studying, he received his real estate license, aiming to build a career in property sales. However, before that path took off, he partnered with his best friend Rich to launch The Pressure Guys. What began as a side project soon grew into a full-scale pressure washing business serving residential and commercial clients across the Southeast United States.
In time, they leveraged their reputation to launch TPG Lighting, meeting demand for quality holiday and permanent lighting solutions. With a mix of grit and business savvy, Trent and Rich grew both companies into consistent 7-figure operations. Today, Trent lives in New Smyrna Beach with his wife and daughter, where they’re active in their local church. His mission is to build lasting brands that serve people well and provide a legacy for his family.
Rich was born and raised near Eglin Air Force Base in the Florida Panhandle, where his father instilled the value of hard work early on. As a teen, he helped with family projects, maintained rental properties, and worked at their local church. At just 15, he started working full-time during summers, riding his bike 6 miles each day to get to and from work. From then on, anytime he wasn’t in school, he was working one or two jobs, building discipline and savings.
After earning strong grades and being active in extracurriculars, Rich moved to Lakeland in 2008 to attend Southeastern University, earning degrees in Accounting, Finance, and Music Technology. In 2012, he relocated to Orlando to pursue his MBA at UCF while working full-time as an accountant. Though he succeeded in the corporate world, he realized his true calling was business ownership.
In 2015, Rich co-founded The Pressure Guys with his best friend, Trent. What started as a side hustle became a full-time venture after they landed a large contract in Miami. Over the next five years, they grew the company to a 7-figure operation with 9 full-time staff. Seeing an opportunity from existing clients, they launched TPG Lighting to meet demand for better-quality holiday and landscape lighting services.
Now, five years in, TPG Lighting is one of the top Christmas lighting installers in Central Florida and offers a range of permanent lighting solutions. Rich credits much of his success to the unwavering support of his wife, who believed in his dream from the start. Today, with two young sons, his motivation is greater than ever. His vision is to make The Pressure Guys and TPG Lighting household names—synonymous with pressure washing and exterior lighting across the United States.
